SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE (I think ??!!)... All of us at Scrapbookin' Adventures have been waiting (not so patiently) for the chance to scrapbook our beachy photos using all the fantastic SUMMER themed product we have in store... Looks like we're going to get our chance !!!

SEPTEMBER WORKSHOPS are now open for registration in store and ONLINE. We've got (3) adorable classes for you to enjoy. Make sure to register ASAP for one or all of these great projects.

Elaine created (2) 12 x 12 Layouts and a fun little mini project using American Crafts 'Magenta' for her Calendar Workshop. Deanyne has outdone herself again with (4) super creative layouts using one of Echo Parks NEWEST releases "Happy Dyas"... and if you can't wait to use one of the BRAND NEW stamps sets from Our Craft Lounge, you will not want to miss this adorable (4) Card Class with Jennifer. She will be featuring turtles and monkeys in this 'coloring class' with new to Scrapbookin' Adventures stamp sets !!!!

Make 'n' Take Mondays have been AMAZING !!! We've been so excited to see how many of you have been coming into the shop to enjoy this fun FREE project each week. We've offered some absolutely adorable mini projects and techniques and will have more for you all month long !! Make sure to give yourself time to shop as the product in store is beautiful as always...

"Two for... Tuesdays" will continue throughout the rest of August so make sure you have registered to receive our BLOG UPDATES as this is the best way to stay on top of all we have going on each week at the shop….including Special savings on all your favorite lines in store !!!

CHA was a BLAST !!! I spent this past week in Chicago checking out ALL the latest product being release over the next few months and it is going to be SPECTACULAR !! My credit card was smokin' as I toured each booth saying "YES, I'll take it" over and over again. If you love what we've offered you over the past 5 years at Scrapbookin' Adventures, you are going to love us even more now !! You will enjoy brand new lines as they start to arrive mid-August all the way through to Christmas... SOOOOOOO EXCITING !!!

...oh, and one of the many highlights you ask ??!! Sitting across from GENE SIMMONS on the flight to Chicago !!! Yep, that was me with my camera asking to have my picture taken with him and then saying "I hope everything works out with you and Shannon"... really, could I have picked something more goofy to say ??!! Anyway... it was my first celebrity encounter and he was FABULOUS !!! I LOVE that show...

I was also so thankful to be able to see the Bella Blvd. booth in person as I had been asked to create projects using their (4) brand new lines (that will arrive in store late August) and they were displayed beautifully with all the other oh, so talented designers work !! ...AND, one of my projects even got picked up for publication !!! I'll let you know next month when and where you can see this super fun project in print !!!!

You've all been asking when the next time I am teaching this incredible workshop AND... it is coming Saturday October 15th at the beautiful Beach Club Resort in Parksville !!
