We first met Deanyne through her sister. Melissa came into the shop for several months working on an album for her sister as she was pregnant with her first baby !! We didn’t meet Deanyne until after her daughter was born but I felt like we already knew her 
. Deanyne came to our Layout Workshop several times and then she applied to work with us when we were looking to hire for our Woodgrove Center location in the Fall of 2008. We hired her in a heartbeat and she fit right in. Deanyne was promoted to Assistant Manager at the shop in the Spring of 2009 and she quickly became an integral part of Scrapbookin’ Adventures. You will find Deanyne in the shop ready to help you with all you are looking for and also in our classroom where she loves to share her creativity in classes such as our monthly Layout Workshop. Working at Scrapbookin’ Adventures is... almost like not working at all. Being in such a creative environment with awesome people makes you love the work you do !!
One thing you may not know about me is... although I may seem super organized, I have a ton of scrapbooking projects I need to cath up on....just like most of you !!! Sometimes sleep really is more important J
It is the most fun at our shop when... I am teaching and of course when new stock comes in !! I absolutely LOVE merchandising and showing off all the great new product.
When you are in a workshop with me you will always... ALWAYS ALWAYS SAND !!! And there is a good chance you will tear your paper whether you like it or not J
Getting to share projects I design makes me... Super happy !!! I love creating and it’s really neat to know others also enjoy the projects I design.
My favourite part about teaching with Scrapbookin’ Adventures is... spending time with amazing people who also share my love for scrapbooking and just creating in general !!!
